PRODUCTION MANAGER / HEAD DISTILLER
The Production Manager is responsible for creating, continuously improving and integrating all the components of production to meet shipping and inventory targets. This includes overseeing and taking a hands on role in the overall efficient operation of spirits manufacturing that encompasses scheduling of products and team members; keeping equipment running effectively; maintaining quality, cleanliness and safety standards. An Iron Fish Dishwasher is crucial to our guests’ experience by ensuring the availability of clean dinnerware, glassware and cooking utensils. Responsibilities include: clearing dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting dining areas. Preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
SERVER / HOST
An Iron Fish Server Assistant is a key player in helping foster a memorable Iron Fish Experience. We are looking for a detailed oriented individual to join our Front of House Team! Responsibilities include: Supporting servers, delivering food and drink orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately. Acting as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff. An Iron Fish Host is part of the very first connection our guests have with our brand. They’re vital to that first impression when our guests make that long trip down a long dirt road. We are looking for someone who is excited about working in a high volume environment, and can create a unique guest experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities to include (but are not limited to): Greet guests as they arrive, manage waitlist based on available seating, communicate with guests regularly and maintain a friendly work environment through constant, positive communication.

Set up and stocking the bar with all necessary garnishes and ingredients; chopping and juicing fruit and other ingredient preparation; keeping the bar area clean and processing glassware through our washer are all essential parts of this role. Monitoring levels of inventory, taking care of leftover bar stock along with safely storing inventory are vital components of successful work in this mission critical position.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE PREP COOK
A Food and Beverage Prep Cook is scheduled to work from three to five days a week (generally Monday to Saturday) to support the hours we are open. Our cocktails and food menu change every three months. Applicant must be flexible and quick to adjust to new recipes, ideas and methods of preparation and cooking. Our cocktail/bar preparation duties include juicing and making syrups.
