The Estate Series is made of a line of spirits that are 100% distilled and aged at Iron Fish Distillery. As Michigan’s first distillery operating on a fully functioning farm since prohibition, our goal from the beginning has been to return spirit to its origin, on the farm. The spirits of the Estate Series embody the water, land, and agricultural bounty of northern Michigan. The five year wait is over. Cheers to the next step in the journey.

TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: Golden almost buttery
Nose: Early morning sweet bakery aromas, Butterfinger center and cedar chest
Palate: Peeling new bark from a new green oak tree, with smooth clove, caramel, orange, and leather with far away smoke.
Banana cream pie and Bit -O-Honey, fruity and sweet throughout. Light oak and baked goods on the exhale
Finish: Spicy toffee, light oak, and baked goods on the exhale

Appearance: Golden amber with a touch of apricot.
Nose: Sweet cinnamon vanilla interwoven with toasted butterscotch aromas.
Palate: Slightly sweet mint, herbal tea and fresh herbs, rich, smooth body.
Hints of honey on a fresh cracker, tobacco with black pepper spice leading to a subtle anise finish.
Finish: Long and enduring spicy toffee
