109 PROOF | 750ML
This Seasonal Specialty encapsulates our commitment to Michigan rivers. Riverbed is slowly proofed in barrel, a process that allows the spirit to open gradually, heightening depth and nuance. The whiskey reveals layers of warm winter spice, toasted grain, oak, dark fruit, and soft vanilla, finishing with a river-smooth mouthfeel and lingering warmth. The packaging — label and canister — evokes the still beauty of northern Michigan’s riverbeds in winter, designed to feel like gifting something embedded with place, story, and seasonal wonder.

107.7 PROOF | 750ML
Appearance: Golden Smoke
Nose: Spiced honey quickly takes over the nose, blending sugar with a deep rye essence. Notes of apple mingle their way in, and when combined with the rye and honey, create a lightly toasted sensation akin to a baked crumble.
Palate: The initial taste gives you a sweet, soft mix of apple and honey, but then quickly opens into more complex flavors. The rye remains, adding a warm balance to the initial sweetness, while delicate earthy and charred sensations call back to the old oak casks that held the spirit.
Finish: A gentle smoke emerges on the finish, a remnant of the previous Manifesto that helps highlight the new qualities in this pour. It emboldens the honey—not only in flavor but also in shifting the mouthfeel into that of warm rye bread, freshly toasted. The pour leaves you feeling caught between two worlds: one youthful, with fresh sweet character, and the other carrying a refined maturity.
