Saturday | 11.08.25 | 12:00–9:00pm We’re thrilled to introduce Riverbed Whiskey. Batch 1 of this new seasonal release will be available on Saturday, November 8th at 12:00pm at the distillery. The release party is a fundraiser for Conservation Resource Alliance – CRA, a nonprofit that has spent more than 50 years restoring and preserving rivers across northwest Michigan.
Blended from the most distinctive single barrels of four Mad Angler mash bills and slow-proofed for balance and depth, Riverbed Whiskey embodies the patience, terroir, and craftsmanship from whiskeys aged over three to six years and made from 100% Michigan grain.
Riverbed Whiskey comes in at 109 proof and reveals layers of warm winter spice, toasted grain, oak, dark fruit, and soft vanilla, finishing with a smooth mouthfeel and lingering warmth. The packaging — label and canister — evokes the still beauty of northern Michigan’s riverbeds in winter.
The first 100 hand-numbered and signed bottles of Batch 1 will be available at the distillery during a 12:00 pm release on Saturday, November 8th on a first-come-first-served basis. A limited amount of Riverbed Whiskey will be released statewide at select Michigan retailers through the holidays.
