Iron Fish is dedicated to the practice of distilling a full-line of small-batch craft spirits. Farm distilling was once a common practice early in the last century and during prohibition. Following this proud tradition, Iron Fish Distillery operates state of the art stills on a farm, originally founded in 1887 and once known for milling grain and distilling spirits on a small still. Today, every step of the process from growing and harvesting non GMO grain to cultivating native yeast, milling, mashing, fermenting, distilling, aging and bottling – is done by hand at the distillery. With a passion to offer customers and visitors the craft of soil-to-spirit distilling from a family business that cares about their employees, community, and the living land. Iron Fish replaces global with local wherever possible, with the highest standards along the way.
