Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Craft Beer Barrels

We collaborated with our friends from Short’s Brewing Co. for our first installment of Community Spirit. Short’s filled our used Maple Bourbon Barrels with an Irish Stout, aged the stout, bottled it, and returned the barrels to us. We then refilled the barrels with a high rye bourbon.
