While patiently waiting as our whiskey sleeps in oak barrels, we discovered this delicious high rye bourbon and finished it in Spanish Sherry casks. scents of sherry and dried fruits rise from the glass followed by flavors of caramel, vanilla bean, hints of orange peel and raisins.
